From an irrigation symptom to a provider request
The intake collects the location and problem details needed to check coverage, show a planning range, and review provider options.
1. Coverage before contact details
Enter the service address manually. We show available, limited, or waitlist coverage using city and ZIP data—no map service required.
2. Conditional problem intake
Choose what you see. Leak questions differ from drip, valve, controller, and efficiency questions, so you are not forced through an irrelevant generic form.
3. Planning result and routing
A deterministic rules engine separates the likely category, a typical local planning range, and the provider type. Permit, backflow, major-installation, larger-project, and likely $1,000-or-more flags take priority.
4. Independent provider response
An operator reviews the request. A provider receives only approximate location and scope before acceptance. After acceptance, the provider contacts you, diagnoses onsite, issues a quote, contracts directly, performs and warranties the work, and collects payment.
Start with what you know
An address and visible symptom are enough to begin.
